Minimum Stay requirements
Guest Rooms a minimum of 2 nights
Studio & Apartment a minimum of 4 nights
Booking Guarantee
Reservation would only be guaranteed on a pre-payment of 50% of the total price followed by a booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, and the prepayment of 50% will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will retain the 50% prepayment.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping and linen change during your stay only on request for a fee of USD 55.
Pet Policy
We love pets and understand if you are traveling with your best friend and extended family member. Pets are only allowed in the Studio and the Apartment and must be house and potty trained. A pet fee of USD 200 will apply.
Damage Fee
A damage deposit of USD 200 will be charged to the credit card upon check-in. The fee will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damages or missing items occur during the stay and the house rules are followed.
Information Protection
We never share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
Check in and Check out
Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am
Early check-in and late check-out fee of USD 55
We offer a flexible check-in and check-out time to our guests. Therefore we need to know flight number and arrival time, so we are able to adjust to our guests travel plans.
Remaining Balance
The payment of the remaining balance of 50% is due at check-in in cash only (US Dollars). For using a credit card a fee of 4% apply.
Travel Insurance
We are a small guest house, and a cancellation affects us dramatically. To avoid any loss due to cancellation, we strongly recommend protecting yourselves from the risks of overseas travel by purchasing suitable insurance.
Children
We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 4 years.
No Smoking Policy
For the comfort of our guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the house a defumigating fee of USD 200 apply. Smoking is only allowed outside on the porch or garden.

Legal Law
Bahamas Law is to be used in all legal dealings between guests and TURTLES NEST BAHAMAS. Place of authority for any legal action against TURTLES NEST BAHAMAS is exclusively in Nassau.
